Proof
بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Mercifulلَم يَكُنِ الَّذينَ كَفَروا مِن أَهلِ الكِتٰبِ وَالمُشرِكينَ مُنفَكّينَ حَتّىٰ تَأتِيَهُمُ البَيِّنَةُ
Those who disbelieved among the people of the scripture, as well as the idol worshipers, insist on their ways, despite the proof given to them.*رَسولٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ يَتلوا صُحُفًا مُطَهَّرَةً
A messenger from GOD is reciting to them sacred instructions.*فيها كُتُبٌ قَيِّمَةٌ
In them there are valuable teachings.Cited in
وَما تَفَرَّقَ الَّذينَ أوتُوا الكِتٰبَ إِلّا مِن بَعدِ ما جاءَتهُمُ البَيِّنَةُ
In fact, those who received the scripture did not dispute until the proof was given to them.Cited in
وَما أُمِروا إِلّا لِيَعبُدُوا اللَّهَ مُخلِصينَ لَهُ الدّينَ حُنَفاءَ وَيُقيمُوا الصَّلوٰةَ وَيُؤتُوا الزَّكوٰةَ ۚ وَذٰلِكَ دينُ القَيِّمَةِ
All that was asked of them was to worship GOD, devoting the religion absolutely to Him alone, observe the contact prayers (Salat), and give the obligatory charity (Zakat). Such is the perfect religion.إِنَّ الَّذينَ كَفَروا مِن أَهلِ الكِتٰبِ وَالمُشرِكينَ فى نارِ جَهَنَّمَ خٰلِدينَ فيها ۚ أُولٰئِكَ هُم شَرُّ البَرِيَّةِ
Those who disbelieved among the people of the scripture, and the idol worshipers, have incurred the fire of Gehenna forever. They are the worst creatures.إِنَّ الَّذينَ ءامَنوا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ أُولٰئِكَ هُم خَيرُ البَرِيَّةِ
Those who believed and led a righteous life are the best creatures.Cited in
جَزاؤُهُم عِندَ رَبِّهِم جَنّٰتُ عَدنٍ تَجرى مِن تَحتِهَا الأَنهٰرُ خٰلِدينَ فيها أَبَدًا ۖ رَضِىَ اللَّهُ عَنهُم وَرَضوا عَنهُ ۚ ذٰلِكَ لِمَن خَشِىَ رَبَّهُ
Their reward at their Lord is the gardens of Eden with flowing streams, wherein they abide forever. GOD is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. Such is the reward for those who reverence their Lord.
