The Most High
بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Mercifulسَبِّحِ اسمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعلَى
Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High.Cited in
الَّذى خَلَقَ فَسَوّىٰ
He creates and shapes.وَالَّذى قَدَّرَ فَهَدىٰ
He designs and guides.Cited in

وَالَّذى أَخرَجَ المَرعىٰ

فَجَعَلَهُ غُثاءً أَحوىٰ
Then turns it into light hay.Cited in

سَنُقرِئُكَ فَلا تَنسىٰ
We will recite to you; do not forget.Cited in
إِلّا ما شاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ يَعلَمُ الجَهرَ وَما يَخفىٰ
Everything is in accordance with GOD's will; He knows what is declared, and what is hidden.وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِليُسرىٰ
We will direct you to the easiest path.Cited in

فَذَكِّر إِن نَفَعَتِ الذِّكرىٰ
Therefore, you shall remind; perhaps the reminder will benefit.سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَن يَخشىٰ
The reverent will take heed.وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا الأَشقَى
The wicked will avoid it.الَّذى يَصلَى النّارَ الكُبرىٰ
Consequently, he will suffer the great Hellfire.Cited in

ثُمَّ لا يَموتُ فيها وَلا يَحيىٰ
Wherein he never dies, nor stays alive.Cited in

قَد أَفلَحَ مَن تَزَكّىٰ

وَذَكَرَ اسمَ رَبِّهِ فَصَلّىٰ
By remembering the name of his Lord and observing the contact prayers (Salat).Cited in
بَل تُؤثِرونَ الحَيوٰةَ الدُّنيا
Indeed, you are preoccupied with this first life.Cited in

وَالءاخِرَةُ خَيرٌ وَأَبقىٰ
Even though the Hereafter is far better and everlasting.إِنَّ هٰذا لَفِى الصُّحُفِ الأولىٰ
